Just a reminder that tomorrow, November 23rd is also an early release day. Students will be dismissed at 12:00 Noon.

Important Athletics Information:
Winter Athletics picture day will take place on Thursday, December 2nd.
Student athletes will need updated yearly physicals on file in order to participate. If you have any questions regarding your child's physical, please contact the Nurse’s Office by calling the school at 207-493-4260.
Finally, all student athletes will need to be registered through our athletic website, www.caribouvikings.org.
Practices:
Wrestling will have its first practice on Monday, November 22nd at 3:00 in the weight room.
Nordic Skiing and Alpine Skiing practices will begin on Monday, November 29th Alpine at 3:00, Nordic at 3:30.
Tryouts:
Boys and Girls Basketball
Monday, November 22nd. Girls at 12:30-2:30 boys at 6:00-8:00.
Tuesday, November 23rd Girls, 3:30-5:30, Boys 6:00-8:00
Cheering

Boys Soccer Awards (JV and Varsity) will take place on Monday, November 1st at 6:00PM.
Golf Awards will take place Wednesday, November 3rd at 6:30PM
Girls Soccer Awards (JV and Varsity) will take place on Tuesday, November 9th at 6:30PM.
Cross Country Awards date will be announced when a date and time has been decided.

Attn Caribou High School Athletes: There are sign up sheets available in the gym, outside the athletic director door, for the winter sports. Please sign up if you're interested in participating in winter sports at CHS!
Next week we will start intramurals for Basketball. The boys will have intramurals M, W, F and the girls will have intramurals on Tuesday and Thursday next week. Intramurals will be 3:00-5:00.

Girls Game is postponed until Saturday 10/23 at Colby College at 5pm. Leave time will be announced as soon as its available.
Boys still play today at 6:30pm at Colby College and will be leaving CHS at Noon.

Picture day for Caribou High athletics will be split into 2 days. Day one will be on Wednesday, October 13th and we will do Boys Soccer, and Cross Country. On Thursday, October 14th we will do Golf and Girls Soccer. Pictures will happen at 3:15 on Wednesday and 3:30 on Thursday. Forms were given out in September, I will have new forms in the office for student athletes. I will also post a form on our FB page.

Lilly Johnson-Roy of Connor Township, a Junior at Caribou High School, has been selected as the Caribou High School’s Student of the Month for the Month of September, Principal Dr. Eric McGough announced today. The award, sponsored by the Caribou Chapter of the National Honor Society, is given in recognition of a high school student’s academic achievement and citizenship.
